Recommended Posts

is this forbidden now? or  is this something else?

// Таймер перезарядки (см. damageLog.xc).
    "timerReload": {
      "enabled": true,
      "updateEvent": "PY(ON_TIMER_RELOAD)",
      "x": 240,
      "y": 0,
      "width": 300,
      "height": 252,
      "screenVAlign": "bottom",
      "shadow": { "distance": 1, "angle": 90, "alpha": 80, "blur": 5, "strength": 3 },
      "textFormat": { "color": "0xF4EFE8", "size": 16 },
      "format": "{{py:xvm.damageLog.timerReload}}"
    },

Listed below are modifications that fall into this third category. Players that are found using them will receive a penalty.

"Modifications that alert you when spotted vehicles are reloading or show enemy vehicles’ reloading timers"

No, that was adopted into the game itself.

ok, they are talking about what ? ghost skin or something like that ?

Apparently there exists a mod that shows "shadows" or "ghosts" where tanks were last spotted, not on the map but in the battle view. If that tank has not moved it means you could still aim at certain weak spots etc.

Hm, I was pretty sure it shows only basic reload time, but I looked into Python code and it seems that it also takes crew level and rammer into account.

Im not 100% but "Modifications that alert you when spotted vehicles are reloading or show enemy vehicles’ reloading timers" means also  basic reload time?  also mods that shows tank armour in battle (not in garage) are illegal now "One final category: in-match armor viewer".

That's how I interpreted it also.

I never used reload timers, so I'm more miffed that they banned autoaim indicator+ :(

What should we do until 0.9.17? Do you have some extra info like XVM will be tolerated until 0.9.17?

It is legal until 9.17

You can remove this field if you want:

battleLabels.xc

${ "battleLabelsTemplates.xc":"def.timerReload" },

So that Fair Play Policy they announced yesterday on all regions will be taken into account starting from 9.17?

Minsk office has different point of view.

Yes

AFAIK, only "reloading timer in damage log" restriction start working in 9.17. Other restrictions works since yesterday.

Right now, no one will be blocked for this modification. We understand that it takes time to remove it, and hope that it will be done before 9.17.
