0.9.15.0.1 - Carousel filters wont show

Hello, 

I've encountered a "little" problem when updating to 0.9.15.0.1 version of game - and XVM nightly 5770 (latest at the moment). Basically when I click on "Filter by parameters" button to change for example a tier or type of vehicles shown, there is only an empty pop up window where filters used to be. With one tick box without any description. As could be seen on screenshot below.

Screenshot taken with all my mods, python log is just a clean XVM, no other mods. I wanted to be sure it's not just some incompatibity. Xvm.log seems to be without any errors.

I have the same problem with the filters.

Same to me at Build 5770 and Build 5773.

 

 

Im using now Build 5667 but the 0.9.15.0.1 folder from Build 5773 and it works
