SexyToon 0 #182609 Posted May 10, 2014 (edited) No, doesn't work. Try to disable IPv6 and also add static route but doesn't work. Yes, sure now I think this trouble comes with my router or my Internet provider. Really Appreciate your support. Bowie031962 2 #182658 Posted May 11, 2014 How can it be a config or gateway issue on client computers when multiple people from around the world are experiencing the same problem? It has to be a problem on the server end. Why is the server not accepting links, we can all hit modxvm.com but not stats.modsxvm.com..... Also why can't we log onto the webpage... This happened to all of us at the same time, it has be something that occurred three days ago. Share this post Link to post Short link Share on other sites

I have tested 3 locations in Europe - all of them have connectivity to this ip address. Where you from? Really Appreciate your support. Uti-Puti 344 #182898 Posted May 11, 2014 (edited) How can it be a config or gateway issue on client computers when multiple people from around the world are experiencing the same problem? Multiple people? lol. Millions of people are not experiencing this problem. Everything works just fine for most of users. The problem is not on the server side, 100%. Could you just give detailed technical information instead of meaningless whine? Edited May 11, 2014 by Krab Age 3 Share this post Link to post Short link Share on other sites
Bowie031962 2 #183950 Posted May 14, 2014 Krab Age, you have already received technical information. Your attitude is unhelpful and insulting. I certainly hope you are not a WG employee because your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. 1 3 Share this post Link to post Short link Share on other sites

DeerHunter666 0 #184705 Posted May 17, 2014 I am getting this message as well : Network error. XVM statistics is unavailable, try again later. Account has been activated and prolonged etc. Just stopped working a few days back I think after I prolonged the activation. I am using Aslains latest mod pack. Other symptoms: when loading into game it seems to get a network congestion with over 1 secind ping like it is trying to get data connection than gives up after about 30 seconds than goes back to normal ping, sometimes it locks up the game, other times it disconnects as well. I have done ping tests and traces etc, all looks okay. Just throwing it out there, is it possible I may have an issue with token for validation with data source?? DeerHunter666 0 #184714 Posted May 17, 2014 (edited) OK, I have just turned off the STAT part of the MOD and it seems better, played 2 games ok. I will turn the STAT part on again and post logs. No Network Connection error when I turned off STAT part of course. Interesting, just got this error when reinstalling: I clicked "Retry" and it created a file. 0 kb?? OK, reinstalled and I get Network connection error. I see connection errors in log file. I have attached them as requested. 2014-05-17 17:54:16: [ERROR] No valid token for XVM statistics (id=9377593) python.log XVM.log Edited May 17, 2014 by DeerHunter666 Share this post Link to post Short link Share on other sites

DeerHunter666 0 #184831 Posted May 17, 2014 (edited) now XVM is using SSL and you must add "WorldOfTanks.exe" and "https://stat.modxvm.com/" in firewall to trusted applications and try to disable checking of SSL-connections I have checked this and all my settings are the same and seem ok. If it changed 3 weeks ago I am not sure if that can be my issue as I been using XVM during this 3 week period and prolonged twice already without issue. Next suggestion?
