XVM not working (Network Error)

XVM has stopped working two days ago on my desktop and I get a "Network Error" msg. When existing a game the screen goes black and freeze's.  I have the same mods on my laptop and I have no issues with XVM at all....  I completed a clean install of both XVM and WOT last night and still nothing...  I deactivated the account and I am trying to reactivate, but I cant even sign in...

I also have the same error message with exactly the same issues as sirmax2.

Also when I troubleshoot, the resource (XVM) won't accept the connection.

I turned everything off, again I have had no issues for the past year then two days ago this starts.... This computer is only used for gaming and internet.   Was there a XVM patch a couple of days ago? Several other people have the same issue that I am having and they are saying it started after the patch?

Hi,

 

I have the same error message with exactly the same issues as sirmax2.

 

When I try to "Sign In" (modxvm.com) nothing happens. Ingame show something like NO NETWORK (NETWORK ERROR), PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. 

 

I don't have hamachi, no Antivirus.

 

Also last week XVM worked properly.

Also you can try figure out what your provider assigned default gateway and set route to stat.modxvm.com using this gateway.

Provide also your "ipconfig /all" and "route print" outputs.

This help us in composing "route add" command for you.

If you use any vpn software - your default route can be changed by this software, but you still can reach stat.modxvm.com if you set permanent route via providers default gateway.

You need to set up routes manually.

First try to disable tunneling software and if required reboot your system with disabled tunneling software(make sure autorun at system startup for this software is disabled).

I also tried to Sign In with my Android Phone and Lenovo Laptop but still the problem persists.

 

My laptop is completely stock (NO tunneling software installed), only WOT and XVM installed but this problem still happening.

Ок, try to disable IPv6 networking.
Also you can try add static route by run following command:
route -p add 5.9.137.169 mask 255.255.255.255 190.156.176.1 metric 1 if 2

And if this not helped - contact your internet provider with this problem, tell them that you cannot reach 5.9.137.169 host. Let they try reach this host and this will localize your problem and may be they can help you solve this issue. Our host is staying in Germany and we does not have any issues. Only one thing left after all recommendations - your ISP or your network hardware such router/wifi/firewall has been misconfigured.
