xvm inactiv after activation on homepage

Hi!

 

I have activated yesterday xvm statistics on this page ( 13 days left ), but ingame appears an error message, that, xvm is inactive, and i should activate it on the web. I tried to deactivate and then reactivate it here, but without result. The previous xvm version worked fine. Player statistics are enabled in the rating.xc.

After the players name appears only this for example:  xfarrad ...% ..%, without data.

 

I would apreciate any help.

@heureka, hello. Please, attach your XVM.log and Python.log (these files are located in the root folder of the game).

@heureka, open http://www.modxvm.com/en/, click Add client, restart the game.

I cannot add client, it does not alows to add anything ( You cannot add a client - message ). The cursor changes to a write - cursor instead of an arrow cursor. Have tried it in firefox and chrome.

Here is a photo, when i try to add a client. The mouse is over the "Add client" button, but the error message appears.

@heureka, are you sure that you are using the same account for activation and for game?

Thx Krab Age. I was so stupid that i used a second account for the activation. Now it works fine, problem solved.
