Another no stats thread

EU player here, and I have problems with xvm not downloading stats at all, while every other features work pretty well.

 

I'm using the r3186 nightly(still 8.10), and it doesn't work since I've downloaded the test server, and started playing on that(could be pretty much coincidence).

 

The following error keeps showing up each time in the log, and I have no idea what to do with it:

Seems like it can't make a proper connection to the server, still I don't know what would cause it, I even enabled dmz in the router just to make sure it isn't the ports.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Cannot establish connection. nod32 off, firewall off, still nothing. I have no idea why I wouldn't be able to access that.

@GamerDaPro, maybe you made ​​some changes to the file "hosts"? If so, remove them and never do it in the future. ))

 

If not, try to ping proxy2.bulychev.net and post here a screenshot with the results)

Thanks dude, it was indeed edited in hosts for some reason, however I haven't touched it in ages.

 

Any ideas what could edit it why would that add proxy2.bulychev.net?

@GamerDaPro, Maybe sometime you downloaded xvm from third-party site and third-party mod thrust its tentacles into your hosts file.
Just be careful and download mod only from www.modxvm.com/en/download-xvm/
 
Here is a quote from one of the developers:

 

Always download XVM only from official XVM's website. We do not recommend downloading XVM from other sources. Getting XVM from unofficial sources poses risks to your computer. Always check the address where you are downloading XVM from and don’t install if the address is not *.modxvm.com

When you downloading XVM from the official site, you do not get "any additional spam to your download."
