I'm not the owner of WN8 table, but I use it for 2 reasons. there you will find latest table > http://www.wnefficiency.net/exp/expected_tank_values_latest.json you could do a periodic wget or curl to get the file, but the problem is you have to reload update scripts periodically too. I think iBat is server responsible.. I would help somehow but your team always refuse me :D
