XVM wn8 stats in-battle don't show up

Hi there, I installed XVM yesterday but it doesn't display the stats of other players in-game. I turned off my Anonymizer before starting the battles with xvm yesterday but that didn't work. Do i need to change something in the config files? (if yes then what do i need to change?)
