I had the same problem. Getting completely out of XVM and then reentering the log in solved it. Seems like repeatedly trying to select the region gets you nowhere. However now I am logged in XVM still does not load with WOT. Mr 13 pointed out that the current available XVM is not compatable with the current WOT update.

Mr 13: Thanks for the answer, it makes sense. Guess I will just wait for XVM to catch up. The way WOT updates so often I will be amazed if they ever catch up!

I am having the same problem. XVM does not seem to load with the start of WOT. I have done the above suggestions 3 times and even deleted XVM and WOT and preformed a fresh reinstall with no changes. Everything worked fine until the last update in WOT
