XVM-7.7.4 not loading stats

I have tried uninstall (clean all folder and sub folders with XVM mention) with no prevail. I have re-installed, activated, updated, still not working. Windows 10, 64 bits. Everything seems to be in order except the players stats wont load. thanks.
