I have the same issue with the tanks range on the minimap on EU server.
It seems to come from a file : arenas.mo
Only the russian name of map allow to use the minimap with circle's range with XVM on EU server .
EX :
Using Virtaal on the arenas.mo :
Line : 07_lakeville/name
on EU server : Lakeville
on RU server : Ласвилль
When changing on this file ( arenas.mo ) and on this line (07_lakeville/name Lakeville ) "Lakeville" by "Ласвилль", i have tank's range on the minimap ONLY on this map ( Lakeville / Ласвилль) on the EU server.
Seems it's the link with the map's name causing problem on EU server
Putting russian's name of the map on the file arenas.mo will resolve temporarily this problem.
Error on XVM, or wargaming's update ?, dont know, hope only it will be repaired fast.
XVM is a very good mod, and thanks to the programmers of this very useful mod.
